Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase required.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@relieva.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
